Dec 21, 2012 · I have a user who is connected through VPN to the network. His Outlook keeps prompting for password everytime he opens it. He did mentioned he changed his password and also changed it on his Iphone and ever since then it's been prompting him. If RDP is not an option or is unavailable, utilize VPN as a last means of connecting. Please disconnect when not in use.
