Didn't know where else to ask and had a hard time with googling it..does anyone know if your cell phone IP address changes if you go from one location to another (ie, go from one nearby city to another)? Even if you don’t move house or change your physical location, your IP Address may still change over time – This is because dynamic IP addresses are distributed and this type of address can be changed based on your circumstance – For example, if your contract with an ISP expires or your terms change, your IP address may be changed. Microsoft phone call stating IP address compromised. I've had numerous calls today claiming to be from Microsoft and saying that my IP address has been compromised by many countries. I believe the calls to be scams and have not pressed any buttons, I have just hung up.

Change public IP address on a mobile network If you are using mobile data, then the IP address provided by your carrier can also be changed. To do so, turn on Airplane modefrom the notification panel (swipe down from top) and wait for 1-2 minutes. Now turn it off and the IP address should be changed.
